 Richard R.Barr
 Mr. Barr is a registered architect with over Twenty-five year’s experience in both
 architecture and construction. He designs the firm’s projects, participates in the
 production of the contract documents as well as oversees the construction
 personally. His commitment to utilize developing computer technology enhances his
 abilities as a project designer and coordinator.

 Education
 University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee Bachelor of Architecture
 Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas
 Attended from 1980-1983

 Experience
 Architectural intern at Geren Associates/CRS - Here, Richard was the assistant to the
 director of design, producing varied projects including religious, corporate, commercial
 office, educational and government buildings.

 Director of Design at Awsumb Wage Watson - Richard further developed his technical
 skills.

 Associate at Gassner Nathan and Partners - Some of Richard’s responsibilities included
 projects like the Crescent Center Office Building, Memphis and Ritz Carlton Hotel,
 Marina Del Rey, California. Also, he managed the firm’s computer systems and
 production staff.

 Certifications
 Registered architect - (active) Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama
 Registered architect - (inactive) Louisiana, Texas
 Certified by National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB)

 Richard is married to Sherry (Williams) of Knoxville, Tennessee and they have three
 children; Ryan, Philip and Hannah. The Barr's attend First Baptist Church, Concord
 where he serves as a teacher in the Adult Sunday School program and Life Change
 University (LCU). Richard has served on the Board of Directors of the fellowship of
 Christian Athletes (FCA), Memphis Chapter, as Chairman of the By- Laws and Missions
 Committees at a former church and has taught college-age and adult Sunday School
 classes at that church for 12 years.

 Mr. Lee is a registered Architect with extensive design and project management
 experience in a variety of project types. In addition to his project planning,
 architectural design, and construction management experience, Mr. Lee has also
 developed a data base computer for the purpose of planning and tracking facility
 equipment and furniture cost. His eighteen years in the design profession has qualified
 him to facilitate successful completion of the most complex design projects.

 Honor Graduate of Clarksville High, 1977
 University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee Bachelor of Architecture, with High
 Honors

 Experience
 Architectural intern at Geren Associates/CRS
 Senior Associate at Heery International - His responsibilities included project
 management, design, and construction administration of projects such as ,Holiday
 Inn Corporate Head- quarters, Sun Trust Bank Executive Offices, American Red
 Cross South East Region Blood Center and Emory University Law School and
 Library
in Atlanta, Georgia.
 Mr. Lee has served as Assistant Director of Operations with responsibilities including
 project scheduling and project staffing. He was responsible for organizing training
 programs, project quality control programs, and he developed a Project Managers
 Manual for standardized management and delivery of design projects.
 Stephen has experience in the design and functional planning of hospital departments
 such as surgical suites, Intensive Care suites, Cardiac Cath Laboratories, Clinical
 laboratories, Pediatric Medical/ Intensive Care Units, Maternity Units, New Born and
 Neonatal Care Units, Pharmacies and Dental Clinics.

 Stephen is married to Tina (White) of Atlanta, Georgia and has four children, Zachary,
 Micah, Nicholas and Josiah. The Lees attend Christ Presbyterian Church in Clarksville,
